The Web Payroll Service is for the employer that prefers to retain control of their payroll input each pay period. Employers that require access to payroll data for work reports and other reporting purposes use access to this service also.
However, other employers use the service for access to their payroll reports and employee data only and do not input their payroll through the system, it is completely your choice how you utilize this service.

How Web Payroll Works

Enter your payroll data in the Web Payroll Service online at your convenience from any computer. When you click on the submit button – your Payroll Specialist will receive notification that your payroll is ready for processing.

Your Payroll Specialist will complete your payroll and email you when your files are ready for viewing/saving via the Web Payroll. If you prefer, your reports can be emailed to you per your request.
You will have instant access to all of your payroll data and employee data. You can generate reports and make employee changes through the Web Payroll.

Employees login to the employee portal for payroll details.
Here they can view their own pay history information such as: check stubs, payroll set-up information (marital status, dependents, etc.), deductions, and other payroll info.
Prior year history is also available to view, including W-2’s.
